With less than 2.0% weight loss after 12 hours at 250°C, Union VoltShield maintains insulation integrity under elevated temperature conditions. This thermal stability ensures reliable performance in electrical applications where heat generation is unavoidable.
Mechanical Durability
Combining 200 kgcm impact resistance with excellent flexibility (90° bend at 300µm), Union VoltShield provides mechanical protection alongside electrical insulation. The tough film withstands handling, assembly, and service conditions without compromising dielectric properties.
